RETURN/EXCHANGE
One-Time Size Exchange Eligibility: Products are allowed for a size exchange once only, applicable exclusively to original-priced items of the same style. The request must be logged and the item dispatched back to our studio within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Final Sale Dynamic: For items purchased on offer, markdown promotions, flash sales, or using unique promotional codes, size exchanges, custom pattern alterations, and returns are completely inapplicable.
Processing Operational Window: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your returned return shipment to be received at our warehouse, verified by engineering quality control, and fully processed.
