International Shipping

Costs & Delivery Timeline

International shipping parameters are calculated dynamically at checkout based on individual package weight brackets and destination zones:

Transit Timelines

Once your order has been handled by our express carriers, the estimated transit window averages 7–10 working days, with doorstep arrival completing within 12–15 working days worldwide.

Tracking Dispatch

Airway Bill tracking numbers (AWB) along with partner carrier details (DHL / FedEx / Aramex) are sent via email or text immediately upon shipment dispatch.

Please ensure you provide an exact, valid phone number at checkout to facilitate accurate doorstep delivery by our global courier networks.

Customs, Import Surcharges & Port Liabilities

Duties, custom clearance fees, and country-specific tariffs are not included in our product pricing or shipping checkout profiles. These fees are regulated exclusively by your destination nation's custom portal.

For orders bound for the United States, an automated custom import surcharge equivalent to 15% of the total order value is applied directly to the customer profile.

⚠️ CRITICAL PORT DIRECTIVE: If custom entry clear duties remain unpaid by the recipient upon arrival, the parcel may be destroyed at the port by local authorities. OFRIDA maintains no delivery liability for packages lost due to unpaid import customs fees.

International Exchange Policy

International orders are completely final. Transcontinental orders are strictly ineligible for returns, size exchanges, refunds, or alternatives under any circumstances.

02 / Mainland Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Delivery Timelines

Each domestic piece requires up to 15 working days for production, processing, and craftsmanship assembly. Once dispatched from our studio facility, standard delivery takes 3–4 working days via Delhivery Logistics.

Express Shipping

For urgent constraints, clients can opt for domestic Express Shipping depending on your emergency timeline, with premium shipping fees calculated dynamically at checkout.

COD Verification

Partial Token Advance

All domestic Cash on Delivery selections require a mandatory partial advance payment of ₹400 to process and confirm your order placement.

Refusal Constraints

Permanent Block Status

If a confirmed COD parcel is refused or rejected at your doorstep, future COD eligibility for that customer profile credentials will be permanently blocked.

03 / Care & Sizing

Exchange & Return

Size Swap Guidelines

Exchange is applicable only once. We do not provide refunds, store credits, cancellations, or alternative compensation under any circumstances.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

A one-time size exchange is allowed exclusively for original-priced items on the same style, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping charges associated with standard exchange requests, including size exchanges.

Courier charges will be borne by OFRIDA only in cases where the item received is defective, damaged in transit, an incorrect product was shipped, or an incorrect size was shipped by OFRIDA, subject to verification and approval by our quality team.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date the exchanged item reaches our warehouse for inspection, processing, and dispatch of the replacement piece.

Non-Exchangeable Categories

  • Custom tailored garments or personalized adjusted sizes.
  • Return shipments sent back to us without prior written email validation.
  • Lifestyle accessories, including batch bags and jewelry pieces.
  • Sale items, marked down promotion pieces, or discount promo code runs.

Damage & Defective Items

All exchange requests, transit damage claims, defective product claims, incorrect product claims, and incorrect size claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clients must provide unedited opening videos and clear photographs of the product by emailing orders@ofrida.com.

Once reviewed and approved by written email verification, the target item can be shipped back to the OFRIDA warehouse. Following evaluation, our studio will only repair or replace the item with a matching duplicate piece. Return courier charges are fully borne by the brand only after photo validation clears for production faults.

04 / Bespoke Cuts

OFRIDA Customization

For an absolute custom silhouette, clients can opt for bespoke pattern tailoring at a specialized pattern adjustments fee of ₹1,800 per garment. Customized pieces are completely made-to-order and are entirely excluded from size exchanges or refunds.

Digital Processing Checkout Notice

To ensure your custom dimensions are successfully received, select the "Customize" option at checkout and immediately transmit your accurate bust, waist, shoulder, hip, and length specs directly to orders@ofrida.com referencing your order number.

* To maintain intended styling proportions, custom sizing adjustments are limited to a maximum of two refinement rounds per piece sequence.
