Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

At O’Frida, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect item selections
  • Customised or custom-tailored products
  • Items purchased during a sale, promotional offers, or using a discount code

Exchange Policy

Each O’Frida product is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in design or finish may occur naturally. Please consult our size chart closely before placing your order.

We offer exchanges only under the following strict conditions:

  • Size Exchanges: Size exchange requests are accepted subject to review, final approval, and local stock availability. Each unique product purchase is eligible for one size exchange only.
  • Manufacturing Defects: The item delivered contains a genuine structural or manufacturing defect.
  • Transit Damage: The product was physically damaged during transit (this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please follow these procedural steps:

  1. Email our support team at orders@ofrida.com detailing your order number, clear descriptive photos, and an explanation of the issue.
  2. Once your request is authorized by our staff, send the item back safely within 48 hours of receiving approval.
  3. The customer bears the return courier handling costs. We will ship the verified exchanged item out immediately after our warehouse validates the original product issue.

⚠️ No exchanges are permitted under any conditions on:

  • Customised variants
  • Fine jewellery or custom bags
  • Sale or discount-code promotional purchases
  • Any products returned to us without receiving prior formal email approval

Please allow 2–3 weeks total processing turnaround time for all valid exchange validations.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • All structural issues must be reported explicitly within 48 hours of receiving delivery.
  • Email your order identification code and visual proof photos directly to orders@ofrida.com.
  • Once carefully verified, our studio will gladly repair the piece, replace it entirely, or initialize equivalent store credit.

Customisation & Sale Items

  • Customised products are not eligible for exchange or refund processing.
  • OFR Customisation styling services are available for an optional flat addition of ₹1800 extra per garment (simply toggle the "Custom" metric at web checkout).
  • Please forward your exact sizing measurements to orders@ofrida.com. Sizing modifications are capped strictly at twice per product within 48 hours of placement.
  • Sale and promo-code items are absolute final sales.
