• Domestic orders are processed and handcrafted within approximately 20 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is completed within 3–4 working days across India.

• Customized and made-to-order garments are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

One-Time Size Exchange Eligibility: Products are allowed for a size exchange once only, applicable exclusively to original-priced items of the same style. The request must be logged and the item dispatched back to our studio within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Processing Operational Window: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your returned return shipment to be received at our warehouse, verified by engineering quality control, and fully processed.

Defect & Transit Damage Window: Any damaged or defective product received must be explicitly notified to our studio concierge within 48 hours of delivery, supported with unedited unpacking pictures/videos.
